Collection, storage & processing of the data you have provided, including any personal, special category and vital information.
Book & pay the deposit* by the 30th January 2027 for a £20 per week discount on fees.
Book by 30th March 2027 to pay the deposit* and the outstanding amount will be invoiced and payment will be due by 30^th April 2027.
*The deposit is £250 for one week and £400 for both weeks per person/ non residents to pay in full.
Book from the 1^st April 2027 and full payment is due immediately, plus a £10 late booking surcharge will be applied
Cancellations must be made in writing to the VTBS Secretary, refunds as follows 80% up to 30^th Jan 2027: TBC from 1^st Feb 2027 , as dependent on resale of place/ accommodation
All Prices are per person (or for 2 people per double room) and are exempt from VAT and are correct at the time of release (Aug.2026)
