Collection, storage & processing of the data you have provided, including any personal, special category and vital information.
Book & pay the deposit* by the 31^st January 2025 for a £20 per week discount on fees.
Book by 31^st March 2025 to pay the deposit* and the outstanding amount will be invoiced and payment will be due by 31^st April 2025.
*The deposit is £200 for one week and £350 for both weeks per person/ non residents to pay in full.
Book from the 1^st April 2025 and full payment is due immediately, plus a £10 late booking surcharge will be applied
Cancellations must be made in writing to the VTBS Secretary, refunds as follows 70% up to 31^st Jan 2025: 50% from 1^st Feb 2025; TBC from 1^st May 2025, as dependent on resale of place/ accommodation
All Prices are per person and are exempt from VAT and are correct at the time of release (Aug.2024)
